A business that aims to for insightful, unique and engaging content will stand out and attract visitors naturally.  

Word of Mouth 

There’s a reason why people reach out to family members or close friends when considering recommendations for service providers. It’s because word-of-mouth is effective and natural, and people are more likely to go for a triedandtested referral. 

Word-of-mouth’s effectiveness comes from a psychological bias present in people. If the majority think positively about something (for example, a service or product), it’s assumed they know better. It’s partly the reason why many brands focus on establishing good online reputations, as they know that negativity can erode customer trust and diminish marketing efforts. Positive user experience spreads quickly and is a factor that contributes to loyal customer followings.
